Music – How to Connect

Singing Well is a bereavement support group for individuals who enjoy singing or would like to learn more about their voice and wellness through singing. Led by our Music Therapist, this is an expressive therapy group where healing takes place through the activity of making music and singing together. Group participants will learn strategies and practical resources for coping and wellness. This is not a choir; participants do not need to have any previous singing or musical experience (education) and there are no performance or solo singing expectations. Singing Well is offered as a six-week registered program.
