Holding Space for Grief: An Afternoon of Art, Poetry and Song

Sunday November 5, 2023 – 3:00 – 6:00 PM

Carpenter Hospice invites you to Holding Space for Grief: An Afternoon of Art, Poetry and Song where you can honour your loved ones through poetry, song, and art in a safe and supportive space. Our community event will showcase your heartfelt creations, inspiring others on their own grieving journey. Join us for a meaningful afternoon of compassion, connection, and grief through the arts. Come with your original song or poem. If you prefer, play a cover song, or read a pre-written poem of your choosing. Whether you’re coming with a song, poem, piece of art or simply coming as a supporter, please join us!

Open to anyone experiencing the loss of a loved one. If you would like to showcase your piece, but do not wish to present, we would be happy to share on your behalf. This event is offered at no cost.
