Making Room – Expansion Project

Since opening 15 years ago in May of 2002, more than 2,000 residents have spend their final days in our care. Music therapy, supportive care, bereavement and wellness outreach programming have also been integrated into our home-like setting. The opportunity to come and live at Carpenter Hospice or utilize our programs is not based on financial ability.

Making Room Project:
2017 is year is a milestone for Carpenter Hospice. Our facility is currently expanding and the community-based programs that we provide are extending. Phase One will see the construction of new resident rooms to increase space, enhance access to the outdoors, and provide families with added privacy. In Phase Two, our existing structure will be re-purposed to support our growing community outreach programs and the changing needs of the Burlington community.
