Carpenter Hospice – Making Moments Matter

The health and well-being of residents, staff, volunteers and our community is our #1 priority and we thank you for patience and understanding as we work through navigating providing exceptional hospice care during this time.

Carpenter Hospice updated response to COVID-19:

  • Intake: We are accepting referrals for hospice residential care.
  • Residents: Hospice residential care has resumed with COVID-19 protocols in place.
  • Wellness and Supportive Care participants: Programs are meeting in-person again, and also virtually.
  • Visitors: Visitors are welcome.
  • Volunteers: Volunteer activities are slowly returning.

While COVID-19 has changed some aspects of how we work, it has not changed the philosophy of hospice care and we are excited to welcome residents into our hospice at 2250 Parkway Drive.

We thank you for your patience, understanding, and support.

All Visitors to the hospice will asked to wear a mask.

We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation, receiving frequent updates from Public Health Region of HaltonPublic Health OntarioPublic Health Agency of Canada.
