It lets residents spend their final days together with loved ones in an environment that is peaceful, comfortable and meaningful. It is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals and volunteers who provide compassionate palliative care to meet residents' every need and ensure that each moment matters.

10:30 am: Resistance Circuit Training - Exercise Program
– February 9, 2017
If you are interested in attending, we request that you register your attendance.
FREE walking group for adults who are grieving the death of a loved one.
Join trained volunteers for fresh air and exercise with others who are grieving. You can share ideas, receive support, and if you wish, join us at a local coffee shop for further conversation. If you just want to feel supported and not discuss your experience, then that is okay, too!
We try to walk snow, rain or shine. However, in order to maintain safety, we will cancel walks during inclement weather. If Halton schools are closed due to inclement weather, the Bereavement Walking Group will also be cancelled.
You can also call Jackie Storer’s number to confirm cancellations as of 9:00 am on the morning of a scheduled walk.
