Tournament Cost: $150.00 registration fee PLUS minimum of $100.00 in raised pledges.
For each $50.00 raised in pledges, participants will receive one draw ticket to be used at the prize table. For those participants who pre-pay their registration they will receive 5 additional draw tickets.

Lunch and Dinner
A certificate for a complimentary round of golf - sponsored by Peninsula Lakes Golf Club
Tournament Schedule:
11:00am - Registration - Check in and submit pledges and forms
11:30am - Lunch
12:30pm - Shot Gun start
6:30pm - Dinner
Once you complete the online registration form you will be sent a registration confirmation email message and will be provided with details on how to make payment of your registration fee. This will include a link to the pledge form that you will be able to print.
If you are paying your registration fee by cheque, or are collecting pledges by cheque, please make the cheque payable to The Carpenter Hospice.
