- Please pull into driveway of St. Stephen's Church
If travelling East on the QEW from Hamilton:
- Take the Brant Street exit and head north
- Turn onto Mount Forest Drive at the Mount Royal Plaza
- Turn left onto Mountain Grove Avenue
- Turn left onto Parkway Drive
- The Hospice is behind and to the right of St.Stephen's Church
- Please pull into driveway of St. Stephen's Church
